Prices and charges are shown in Pakistani rupees before checkout. Product availability, delivery area and order verification may affect acceptance. An automated message confirms receipt of an order but does not guarantee dispatch. If an obvious pricing, stock or listing error affects an order, we will contact you and offer correction, an alternative or cancellation before fulfilment.

We aim to provide clear, truthful product information. Payment, Delivery and Risk
Cash on delivery is currently available. Ownership and risk pass when the order is delivered and accepted, subject to any consumer rights for a wrong, damaged, defective or not-as-described item. Delivery estimates are not guarantees, but Pixies PK remains responsible for addressing verified fulfilment issues under its published policies and applicable law.
Exchanges, Refunds and Complaints
The Returns and Exchanges policy explains the voluntary 14-day exchange window and the separate remedy process for a wrong, damaged, defective, counterfeit or materially not-as-described item. Contact Pixies PK first so the request can be recorded and investigated. If a complaint remains unresolved, you may approach the competent consumer-protection authority or court in Pakistan.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for protecting login details.
