Delivery area and charge
Last updated: 18 September 2026. Pixies PK delivers jewellery orders across Pakistan. Standard nationwide shipping is PKR 350 unless checkout shows a different amount or an active promotion applies. The complete charge is shown before an order is placed.
Cash on delivery and confirmation
Cash on delivery is currently available. Provide a complete address and active phone number so the courier can contact you. We may contact you to verify an order before dispatch. An incomplete address, unreachable number or failed verification may delay or prevent delivery.
Processing and delivery timing
Orders are checked before dispatch. Any delivery window shown at checkout or shared by support is an estimate and may be affected by destination, courier operations, weekends, public holidays, weather or other exceptional conditions. We will communicate a material known delay when reasonably possible.
Tracking, parcel checks and delivery issues
Tracking details are shared when available. Inspect the outer parcel at delivery. If an item is missing, wrong or damaged, retain the parcel and packaging and contact us promptly with the order number and clear photos or video. Remedies are handled under the Returns and Exchanges policy.

For address corrections, non-delivery or courier questions, message Pixies PK on WhatsApp at +92 318 8714800 as soon as possible. Once a parcel enters the courier network, an address change may not be possible. Nothing here limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
