Pixies PK currently accepts cash on delivery for orders across Pakistan.
Standard nationwide shipping is PKR 350 unless checkout shows a different amount or an active promotion applies.

Contact Pixies PK within 14 calendar days of delivery. The item must be unused, unworn and in its original packaging, subject to the full Returns and Exchanges policy.

For a change-of-mind exchange, return shipping is normally paid by the customer. Pixies PK will arrange the remedy for a verified wrong, damaged or defective item.
For hygiene reasons, worn or opened pierced earrings may not be eligible unless they arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.
